The Little Green Boat doesn’t run instructor courses directly. We partner with one of Curaçao’s most respected Course Directors — a lifelong local diver with over 30 years of experience. Born and raised on the island, she knows these waters better than anyone and has trained instructors from all over the world.
She’s a trusted colleague and friend — and one of the reasons we came to Curaçao to launch The Little Green Boat in the first place. Her support, experience and love for the island inspired us, and we recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone ready to take this step.

Details of the course :
- Location: Curaçao’s west coast — clear water, easy logistics and real-world teaching conditions
- Certification: an internationally recognised instructor rating that qualifies you to teach anywhere in the world
Minimum requirements
- Age: 18 or older
- Certification: Divemaster or equivalent
- Logged dives: minimum 100
- Current certifications in First Aid, CPR and oxygen administration
- Fit to dive with no major medical contraindications
- A genuine passion for teaching and protecting the ocean
